Senior Asst. 1 : I also have to study for PTK. They will have to answer to Principal when he asks.
Scenario 2:
While planning a training schedule for volleyball tournament due in a month's time...
Chief coach : Ok, we shall start training next Monday.
Asst. coach : Errr... I cannot. I have to study for PTK.
Chief coach : (?*@#$!%^&*) Then we'll start the day after PTK.
What is PTK? It stands for "Paling Takut Kalah"... no, actually it's "Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan". It's a competency test every civil servant has to take and pass at a certain level as a prerequisite to getting a promotion. Of course there are other factors to consider such as the year end report card (LNPT) and the boss' recommendation. It's a dog's life doing a cow's job and everyone is in the rat race.
