Robert Lau of SUPP-BN beat Wong Ho Leng of DAP and Lim Chin Chuang of PKR on Saturday night. He polled 19,138 votes, Wong got 15,903 and Lim had 812. The majority margin was 3,235 votes.
There were 334 spoilt votes and voter turnout was 67.77%.
The victory particularly the public show of affection must have made it worthwhile for Janet. So please don't sue me for putting the poster in my earlier post. :-P
