I noticed that Dr. Ng Yen Yen wears the cheongsam - a traditional Chinese costume, to official functions and dinners. I applaud her for upholding the Chinese culture. I wish the MCA/Gerakan/SUPP and even the DAP Chinese ministers will start to wear the Mandarin lounge suits even if it has to be made from batik.

Yes, its time that recognition is given to women in Malaysia. I have always maintain that most women can perform just as good as men, especially when most would perform with a heart as well as a level head. We wish to see more women being voted into parliament and more ministerial post be given to them, no matter from which political party they come from.
Well said, Anonymous.
