The haircut is for my boy. Here he is, patiently waiting for Uncle Barber to make his hair short and tidy. By the way, the barber reminded me of a Hong Kong actor who acted in some martial arts movies but I don't know the name.

It was drizzling and there was nothing I could do while waiting. You don't expect to read the latest fashion magazines in a shop like that. So, being bored, I began to snap some pics with my miserable hp camera. Do you know what these lamps are for? Hehe.. Yup, it's to help the barber see the inside of your ears as he removes the wax.. for a nominal fee, of course.

On a lighter note, here's our new pets, Mr and Mrs Hamster, busy doing what they're good at. Even at this moment, I can hear the tread wheel going round and round, round and round. Don't they look cute, furry and lovable?

Aha... but when they got loose... coz the humans let them out of their cage for a free runabout in the house... look what they did to the poor couch... not one but 3 enormous holes. Ouch! Next time if any of you have a chance to come over, you know what happened to the sofa. :P

how much does he charge btw? I did it for RM30 last time..
ee.. why your hamster so notti wan?
Hehe.. you better believe it, Drumsticks. There are not many Indians in Sibu or Sarawak. It's easier to spot a Bangladesh man here than a Malaysian Indian. :)
Only old men go for ear cleaning after getting their hair cut. I get free service from my hubby. ;)
Haiya.. my milky-coloured hamster is so notti that he's gone MIA for 2 weeks now. He's been spotted in the kitchen but so far he's evaded every mouse trap set up. :P
hope u find the hamster again soon. it will need food so it will crop up soon enough. where is this barber? need to save money too
That's for kids, I think. My father goes to another barber in the town, or is it the same one, I dunno! RM8. I go to Delta Hair Saloon...only RM6.00!!!
Hope to find it soon too, BB. STP is right. They charge RM3 only for kids. But I don't think it's very pricey for adults either. U can check it out at the back lane to the right of Supershan Supermarket (near Central Market).
